Fair Cleaning Services LLC is a Florida-registered residential and small-commercial cleaning company based on Sun Vista Way in Orlando. We started cleaning homes for neighbors and grew by word of mouth — most of our clients are weekly and biweekly regulars whose keys we hold and whose pets know us by name. We bring our own vacuums, microfiber cloths, mop systems and products, and we offer fragrance-free and pet-safe options because so many of our clients have kids and animals at home. We don't subcontract, we don't upsell, and the person who quotes your home is the person who shows up to clean it.

Not happy with a spot? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free. The quote you signed is the price on your invoice.
