We clean houses, short-term rental units, move-outs and post-construction sites in Orange County, Florida. Nothing is sold through this website, and no payment is ever taken on it.

What we collect

Information you hand us. Name, phone number, email address, the property address, and the details of the job — bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, pets, timing — submitted through the quote form or given over the phone.
Photos you send. Rental owners commonly send photos of the rooms so a flat price can be set without a walkthrough. Those images are kept with the job record.
Technical information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages viewed on this site and how long they were open. This is standard web server and analytics data.
Cookies and similar identifiers. Used for basic site function and for the advertising measurement described below.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or health information through this website.

What it is used for

Preparing a flat quote and scheduling the work.
Contacting you about a scheduled clean, a delay, or a re-clean.
Invoicing after a job is completed, and keeping the records a Florida business is required to keep.
Understanding which pages and which search terms bring in real inquiries, so advertising money is not wasted on the wrong audience.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass inquiries to other cleaning companies, lead brokers, franchises or marketplaces. Information is shared only with service providers that make this business run — the web host, the email provider, the accounting service, and the advertising platform described below — each acting on our instructions.

Advertising — Google Ads, remarketing and Customer Match

FAIR CLEANING SERVICES LLC advertises through Google Ads. Google and its partners set cookies and similar identifiers to measure which ads led to an inquiry and to limit how often the same ad is shown to the same person.

Remarketing. Someone who has visited this site may later be shown our ads on other websites and apps in Google's network. That audience is built from the cookie or advertising identifier on the device — it does not contain your name, your phone number or your address, and we cannot identify an individual from it.

Customer Match. Where a customer's email address or phone number is used to build a Google Ads audience — for example to reach past cleaning customers with a seasonal reminder, or to exclude current customers from prospecting campaigns — the data is uploaded in hashed form, is used only for audience matching, and is never used to identify anyone outside that process. We use Customer Match only with information given to us directly by the customer.

You can control this. Google's own controls are at Google Ads Settings, where personalized advertising can be switched off; browser-level and industry opt out controls are available at the Digital Advertising Alliance, and the Google Analytics browser opt-out add-on disables analytics measurement entirely. You may also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you may email office@vunderix.shop at any time to ask that your details be removed from any Customer Match audience.

Your rights — CCPA / CPRA and GDPR

California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA: to know what categories of personal information have been collected and why, to request a copy, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and exercising any of these rights will never result in worse service or a different price.

Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including advertising measurement. Where consent is the lawful basis — cookies used for advertising, for instance — that consent can be withdrawn at any time. Our lawful bases are consent for advertising identifiers, performance of a contract for scheduling and invoicing a clean, and legitimate interest in running and securing this website.

How long records are kept, and how they are protected

Quote requests that never turn into a job are deleted after twelve months. Records of completed cleans — the address, the scope and the invoice — are kept for seven years, which is what the company's accountant requires. Access to those records is limited to the owner and the office; the crew receives only the address, the access instructions and the scope of the job.

Traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but nothing more sensitive than contact details and job notes is stored here in the first place.

Children, changes, and contact

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a change is made to this policy, the revision date at the top of the page changes with it, and material changes will be noted on the home page for thirty days.
